Terms and Services AGREEMENT

By booking, you (“Client”) authorize ChattLuxe Auto Spa (“Company”) to perform the selected services using professional grade products and techniques. Results vary based on vehicle condition and aftercare.

Pricing and Payment: All prices are subject to TN sales tax. Payment in full is due upon completion before vehicle release. Accepted payments: cash, major credit/debit cards.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: 24 hour notice required. Multiple cancellations may require full prepayment.

Photography and Marketing: We may photograph/video your vehicle before, during, and after service for quality control and marketing purposes.

Legal: This agreement is governed by Tennessee law. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Hamilton County, TN.
